Our Founder & CEO is a nonprofit leader with over 22 years of hands on experience in the nonprofit sector. José started as a data entry clerk working in data management all day everyday. That work created a fundamental understanding of how data informs relationships and outcomes down the road. Over the years he worked his way up to becoming a CEO. He has worked for local, regional, state-wide, and national non-profit organizations. Over his career he has helped to steward and secure multiple 7 and 8 figure gifts. He holds a BA in Public Administration from National University and an MA in Theology & Leadership from Gonzaga University. He also holds a Certified Fundraising Executive credential, CFRE, which is the premier standard for fundraisers worldwide.
