Stewardship
Trinity Consultants join parish communities across the nation in
efforts to shape and mold the understanding of Catholic
Stewardship. Cultivating the Stewardship mindset is central to the
spirit of giving we seek to instill in all potential donors.
While each program or capital campaign we manage defines a clear
cause, we focus strongly on reminding donors that giving back to God
is the best reason to give. Encouraging sharing in appreciation of
the gifts we have been given provides potential donors with strong
motivation to support programs that further the Catholic mission.
As we customize and implement Stewardship programs to fit the
special needs of parishes, dioceses and schools, we concentrate on
three main elements - time, talent and treasure. Focusing on one
element at a time enables us to raise awareness of each aspect in a
way that enhances understanding and helps gain commitment. We also
take special care to recognize and thank donors. |
Trinity's Stewardship
Program Directors follow the principles expressed in Stewardship - A
Disciples Response, the Pastoral Letter prepared by the National
Catholic Conference of Bishops.
We employ a time-tested
plan of educating then challenging donors to consider a sacrificial
gift. Following education and appeals for time and talent, we focus
on sharing treasure and offer multiple opportunities for constituent
response. Our Stewardship cultivation plan generally unfolds over 12
weeks.
